A gift to the Parish Council, Westerleigh Playing Field is used, with permission, by Westerleigh Cricket Club, Coalpit Heath Cricket Club and Westerleigh AFC. All users have signed a pitch hire agreement.
There is also an enclosed children’s play area, mini adventure trail, a basketball hoop, picnic tables and benches for everyone to enjoy.
There is wheelchair access to the field via an accessible kissing gate at the bottom of Westerleigh Village Hall car park. This gate is also suitable for pushchairs. RADAR key holders can unlock the gate fully to provide access for mobility scooters. South Gloucestershire residents can obtain a free RADAR key from any ONE STOP SHOP.
