Emergency Defibrillators and Bleed Kits

Emergency defibrillation units and bleed kits in the parish.

Emergency Defibrillators

There are a number of emergency defibrillators located across the parish.

In an emergency DIAL 999

You will be directed to the nearest operational emergency defibrillator

Defibrillators are registered with ‘The Circuit’, so that the local ambulance service can direct you to the nearest operational  defibrillator in an emergency. The Parish Council has funded and maintains six of these local defibrillators.

To familiarise yourself with their locations, you may view a map on the defib-finder website.

Bleed Kits

You have an average of just FOUR minutes to stop a catastrophic bleed. Eight bleed kits are available 24/7 across the parish (co-located with emergency defibrillators). ANYONE can use them under 999 supervision. You could save a life before emergency responders arrive.

The map above shows the locations of local bleed kits (also listed below). The ambulance service doesn’t hold a record of bleed kit locations, so it is important to familiarise yourself with these. You may also view a map on the bleed kit-finder website.

In an emergency CALL 999
